I'm worried about my import data, because I've 3 entities...also I'm only use the "LookUp Reference" in:
-Contacts With Accounts - Accounts With Leads -Accounts With Accounts -Accounts With Contacts
The results of all my tries were:
-Leads (100% Data Imported- Because it don't need LookUp Reference)
-Contacts (55% app of Data [3.564 of 6.343])
-Accounts (55% app of Data [5.647 of 10.000])
Mys Erros (following the msn of the wizards) are:
-Cont/Acc>>> "There are duplicated references" [0x80040352]
-Cont/Acc>>> "Not eneable or don't have permitions" [0x80040217] {The Id of that account doesn't exist}
-Cont/Acc>>> "Can't do the LookUp Reference" [0x8004353]
My Importing steeps are the following:
I explain.... I'm triying to import the data from CRM2011 to CRM2016. Then I've looked that in CRM2011 we have the following "error" (The users.....)
-There are somes accounts/contacs with the named duplicated. I don't know if it's a real (serius) error, but I keep faith that it don't make any wrong if there the "Id" is unique.....
-I let the "duplicate" options.
-The field in Leads names "Name" is a "combined" field of "First Name + Last Name", but when I tried to import then in "Full Name" I've seen that I don't have it in my fields options.... But when the import is done... I can see them.....
-Because "Name" don't make presence I select "Created>Text Line Option" (Because I don't have the option of "Combined Fields").......... but in Account>Leads I can select "Name" ( with or without select "Make field Name).
Any clue of what I must do??
I would like delete all duplicates sections of the entities, but how you can see, there are somes with same names, but differentes internal informations.. :C
