AR Customer Open Transactions - any way to view this in a grid, and not with the AR Open Transactions report?

I have been using the AR Report > Open Transactions Report and it is thousands of pages long.  If I want to do analysis on the data, the wait for the report to run is unbearable, and the export is fraught with page break rows and other non-essentials.

Does this exist as an Inquiries screen somewhere that I can view this in a grid view, where I can export it directly to Excel?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

It would be possible to develop a data entity. Then you can export the transactions to a file (Excel, XML, CSV, etc).

It is also possible to open the customer transactions form without a customer filter as a system administrator. You can then change the URL and set the menu item part to: mi=CustTrans. With a personalization you can add the customer account field and start your export to Excel. Note that this can also take a while with a large number of records.

    Hi,

If you have many customer transaction in your legal entity, like Andre mentioned you can evaluate to create a custom data entity for customer transactions, so you can export data into Excel file via batch job.

Possible workaround is to open this form via table browser (?mi=SysTableBrowser&TableName=CustTrans&cmp=XXXX&limitednav=true&lng=en-us) or directly from UI by refreshing the URL with CustTrans (mi=CustTrans)

Opening the CustTrans form as Sys Admin was a great idea.  Thanks.
