Hi all

Looking into the transition from outbound to RTM.

Currently 90% of our scenarios end with the action 'creat lead' in outbound marketing.

This is not an option in RTM.
Does anyone have a solution, will this be added in the (near) future?

Hi Partner,

Now, you can use this preview feature:

To use 'lead creation' in the RTM journey, an administrator needs to enable the feature switch in the settings. To enable the feature:

Go to Settings > Overview > Feature switches.

Enable the Journey-Lead and opportunity creation feature switch and select Save in the upper right corner.

Thanks for the reply, that was indeed our solution for now.
Just weird that Microsoft is removing capabilities without giving clear guidelines on how to replace them ;)

Hi Partner,

Do you mean this action in the customer journey?

Currently, there is no OOB action to create lead directly in the Real time marketing journey,

Maybe you can create a new idea through the below URL, then ask your colleagues to raise up the votes.
Ideas (dynamics.com)
As one workaround, you can try to use 'Active a custom trigger' action in the journey, which can trigger power automate flow, and you can create lead s in the flow.
