I did setup an item with a dimension SiteWarehouse only. I set its default and site specific settings. Now, I created a purchase order for that item. When I post it in the item arrival journal, it prompts an error like 'Item ItemAAA, dimension: Site=Site1, Warehouse=WHS01 has no picking location in WHS01'. Why is it looking for picking location since, I am into SiteWarehouse dimension only.

Hi Gecel,
On item arrival journal (header and lines) there is check box "find/use picking location), clear that up and you should be able to proceed. It has nothing to do with item setup but the check box actually drive put away functionality and picking location checkbox on item arrival drives that
You can also clear this on journal names so you don't have to do this every time. Hope this helps
