Barcode with a Code box after it scanning

Could anyone help me by finding me a solution for this, every time I scan the barcode in the POS retail the barcode appears with a Code box after it scanning?

Please Assist !!

Eyad.AG, please make sure that you use descriptive titles for your questions. "Dynamic AX ERP Retail" merely repeated information provided in version and category tags, so it was the same as not providing any title at all.

Likely your barcode scanner driver is set up to send extra commands such as a line break after scanning.

Change the setup. It is unique for every type of barcode scanner, you can seek support at your scanners' manufacturer, or consult with the documentation that was provided with the equipment.

thanks for yor replay.

I have contact my equipment manufacturer provider, and he tell me to test it on the notpad and it just work fine and without showing a code box within the barcode, however, he tells me to check the system "Dynamic AX" barcode setup !!!
