Hi everyone,is there a way to access the Videos posted into the MS Teams Chat while being in a Remote Assist call with the HoloLens 2.
The only way I could watch the posted videos, was to use the Edge browser and log into office.com with my credentials where the videos were played by microsoft stream.

Hi,
yes antoher participant of the MS Teams conference posted the video into the chat option.
While PDF files or PowerPoint presentations just poped up automatically on Remote Assist, the video did not show itself at all.
The video file formats we used are .mp4 and .mov
Hi Thomass, right now in order to share videos to remote assist the best method we have found is to have one of the particpants using Teams share their screen, and play the video you want to share.
When you do this, a new window will appear for the HoloLens user that will be the shared screen. This way you can show them videos in a Remote Assist call.
That is correct, video files are not currently supported in Remote Assist: web.microsoftstream.com/.../0665a1ff-0400-85a8-9883-f1eb7300492f
