Retail Self Service packages (installers) are not showing in Channel Deployment Parameters

Hi All,

We are using D365 FinOps on Prem for Retail. For Retail Channel installer setups, I followed the below link by MS:

After performing all the steps, I ran the db sync and restrated AOS nodes. I tried to download MPOS installer from Retail POS Device which gave me below error:

The self-service installer package was not selected. Associate a self-service installer package with this record and try again.

Still RetailSelfServicePackageInfo table is empty and I cannot see packages in Channel deployment in Retail Parameters.

Any advise please?

May I know have you finished the steps 5-25 at your ENV?

You can manually copy the MPOS install package from the download package and install it firstly. If it still not working, I suggest you create a new support ticket to Microsoft retail support team for it.
