Hi experts,
I have question related to Enroll benefit plan for new Employees during Benefit period:
- After hire new employee, i run Enrollment eligibility processing, only Benefit plans have effective date at 01/01/2021 are eligible
- For Benefit plan that have effective date after 01/01/2021, the results are Ineligible
- After that, i run life event eligibility process, but there is still no result because i already run life event eligibility process for other employees before hire this new employee
=> Can anyone advice how i can enroll new employee for Benefit plan that is created during Benefit period ?
