Error: The unit to convert to is not specified.

Hi,

I am getting an below error

"The unit to convert to is not specified. The conversion cannot be performed because the parameters are wrong."

while i'm trying to generate sales order report on

[Sales and marketing>Reports>Statistics>Customer>Customer/item statistics]

Settings up parameters for report:

Dialog Box Prompted as below after clicking [OK] on above dialog.

Error appear as below after proceed to Click [OK] on above dialog.

Kindly assist me to solve this error.

    Hello Fariz

    We had a similar error.

    The problem was, that the value of the field "SalesUnit" was missing in the "SalesLine" table for some reasons.

    To fix the issue, we had to enter the right values in the "SalesLine" and the "CustInvoiceTrans" table for the appropriate orders. We did this correction in AOT.

    All Unit values which are used, must be present in the Unit form and if there are different units used, there must be a formula in the UnitConversionForm.
