Hi,

We are running GP 2013 and when people first login get a Script Error page with the following info:

Line: 361

Char 3

Error Unspecified error.

code 0

url: htps://online.dynamics.com/.......

I saw an instance of this on this blog and the solution was 'click on customize this page' and uncheck 'Microsoft Online Services' and/or Outlook.

I do not see either one of the above.

Hope there is something else to try.

Hi

To clarify - do you not see "customise this page" or either of the options. In GP2013 it may have been called "Connect" or something similar.

Essentially, you want to uncheck everything except My Reports, To Do and Quick Links.

And if unsure, untick all and then re-enable one by one to see which is giving the message.
