Hi,
I have a load with two outbound shipments. From one of the shipments I perform the function "transfer to new load". Now, this new load will not have a load template and the direction will be "none". Any idea how this new template can be changed to direction outbound?

No, it is currently not possible.

Please log an issue for this through the support channel.

Describe your "expected" flow - would you expect to see a dialog where you can select a template / direction?

Thanks for quick input. Without thinking through too much it would be necessary to have the direction set depending on the type of shipment (inbound or outbound).

We have encountered the same behavior and was just wondering if you have ever logged an issue for this. How did you resolve this?

Hello,

I see a fix for this behavior (KB 3074961) and installed it in test environment. Now I have a new dialog, where I can select the new load template. There is no option to select the direction, which is OK, it should be inherited from the shipment. But the new load still gets direction "None". It happens in all possible cases, not only when I have two shipments in a load.

Anybody experience the same problems?
