Where Can I modify a smartlist created by other person in Great Plains (GP) ?

Carolina, can you explain what you mean by a "smartlist created by other person"? Are you referring to a SmartList Builder Smartlist, or are you simply referring to a favorite entry created by someone else that was published only to that user?
I need to modify a Smartlist created by another user. How I do this ?
You would simply click the Favorites button, click Add and rename the existing smartlist. Once the new option is created, you can modify it by Double-clicking on the Search button and make your modifications.
