These products are different. There is no 1:1 migration tool available. You would need to check which business processes you want to use and consider it as a new implementation. You can use data management features to copy some settings and master data, like chart of accounts, customers, customer groups and payment terms. E.g. Posting settings are different and needs to be reviewed and then set up. You can also import opening balances.
