I am getting this error while opening a form in AOT.

It means that you must pass a record to this form. This is normally done by opening it from another form, which automatically passes the active record there. Because you can't provide any parameters when open the form from AOT, it simply can't be opened this way.

Thanks for your reply i got your view, it means there is no solution to open this sort of forms directly from AOT.
That's correct. If a form checks whether it got a parameter and throws an exception if not, your only options are providing the parameter (which you can't do by opening the form AOT) and changing the code.
