Composite field Full name displayed as two separate fields

Posted on by 2,116

I have 3 fields added on Contact form as First Name, Last Name and Full Name where full name is composite field. Ideally the Full Name composite field should be displayed as single field and an pop up should appear when user clicks on it to enter first and last name. But in this case the full name is displayed as two separate fields (first name + last name). Not sure if this is due to any configuration problem. I want the full name to be displayed as single field.

Previously there was a composite field for this in Dynamics, but Microsoft removed this with the introduction of Unified Interface.

Now you need to make this functionality by yourself or use a PCF component from the community. Here's a nice one from Clement: pcf.gallery/.../
