this is K GIRISH, I want to install two versions of Microsoft Dynamics AX-2009 & 2012 on my pc which contains Windows-7 OS. Is it possibility to install these two versions

Yes it is possible. I think there could be issues with custom installiations (Sharepoint, SSRS and etc).
AOS should be configured on separate TCP\IP ports
Perfectly possible. I have AX 4.0, 2009 and 2012 all running locally. I only have 2012 hooked up to a local SharePoint and SSRS however. All are running on SQL 2008 right now, I have not tried it with SQL 2012.
