Can anyone tell me how to fix the alignment of the Actual Budget and Variance with the underlines?  Notice that the Actual is lower then the Budget and Variance.

    Hi Nasha,

Can you please share the screen shot what you have did so far to have better understanding.

You need to select the "Use rich formatting" option located in the left corner of the Reply/Post box. Once you do this, you can use the insert picture option in the formatting tool above the box. The image must be small enough to meet the upload size limitations.

    Hi Nasha,

When you go to column header and do the underline as per below screen shot for all of them and check.

Babu, this is how the column is underlined.  How all the columns are underlined?

    Nasha,

By default, all header fields are Underlined. You will need to use the Dropdown in the Format Options field to change it, if it is not desirable.

Thank Harry but the user does want it underlined, they just want the headings to line up across the row.

I would copy the Actual column header and paste over the budget and variance column headers and change the text from Actual to Budget and Variance in the appropriate columns afterwards.

Harry, I tried that and that did not work.  What I found was; There are four Heading lines.  If your main data is in line 4 but some of the columns have data in 1, 2, or 3, that data pushes the data in line 4 down.  The work around is to format all the necessary data into line 4.  I think this is a design flaw.  Below is a screen shot of how I fixed the issue.
