Channel DB in Suspect status & statement has posted

Posted on by 5

Dear Experts,

I have some critical issue,

Today, one of my channel database (shop) is become in Suspect status. I am trying to recover through DBCC commands but just in case if it did not get stable so what should i do stabilize POS?

whereas, I have received transnational data, since last night and statement has posted for it and today we have not perform any new transaction.

we have last day backup till 5PM as well but it is not updated till shift closing.

so if I restore it and punch missing transaction & shift close, will it duplicate entries in HQ database upon the run of P-job or how to skip it to duplicate?

please suggest what is the best solution to come out from this situation ?

Immediate response are highly appreciated.

Regards

Kamran J
