PSTL Customer Combiner not working - how to trouble shoot it - round 2

PSTL Customer Combiner not working - how to trouble shoot it? Have done all the steps on the previous blog and checked the version and have been unable to get it to work.  The client is also trying to combine to an ending customer ID that had no transactions and even the customer modifier would not move the customer to the new id after it was deleted.  It works for some and not others and used to work all the time before either extender was installed or GP service pack.  I have done sql queries on the tables and compared and they all look the same except for the dex_row_id and Note_index. I have deleted all paid transactions on both accounts so everything is in history.  I have deleted  their internet information card and any extraneous items so I could get the records as plain jane as I could.  What are all the tables it looks at before it does the combining?   I have checked rm00101,102,103,104,106,sy01200, pm00101 related vendor card and sop10100,10200,30100,30200

    I tried the dex sql log and it doesn't tell you much, however they do have the Nodus eStore.  I rooted around the tables beginning with Nodus, none seemed to have a primary key of custnmbr  but I was hoping you could give me a little more direction since you ran into this before, that would be super.  Thank you.

    I have run into issues similar to this when the combiner tool attempts to combine 3rd party tables where the 'CUSTNMBR' field is present. For example, I have a customer who uses Nodus Credit Card Processing. There is a native Nodus table which holds multiple credit card records per customer. When the combiner runs thru it's routine it gets to this table the logic of combiner violates the primary key constraint on this table, which fails the customer.

    I recommend turning on the dex sql log and seeing if you can catch the exception which is causing the failure. This should give you some insight into which module/table is causing the issue.

    one more note... I can modify # R2UNB to XXXXX and # CD9GY to XXXX1  but I cannot combine XXXXX and XXXX1
