Updating decimal places shown on check written amount GP

Is there a way to update the amount in words on the check to show 2 decimals places. Recently the currency decimals were updated from 2 to 4 decimal places and now the check format is showing as follows: Two dollars and 6000 cents instead of 60 cents. Is there a way to update so only two decimal places are shown in the cents? I was able to successfully update the $ amounts but am not having any success updating a calculated string field.

Thanks

    Hello Sonam,

We actually have a Check Words cnk file that you can install that will do exactly what you need. What it does is if a vendor has added decimals to their currency (so it’s more than 2); the chunk file will make it so it will still print the check amount in words to show only 2 decimals. This way, the check will not show 80000 cents, it will show correctly as 80 cents.

To get this chunk file you would need to submit a support incident and and engineer can provide the Check Words file to you free of charge since it is a free tool.

    Thanks and kind regards,
