Is is possible to disable or customise the Workspace tab on the MoCa App?
Ideally we would like to remove this tab completely. Alternatively we would like to be able to remove/customise all the buttons at the bottom of the screen (new activity, new record etc) as they dont follow our business processes.

sorry, didnt rerease my post properly. that was the other big issue we had. We haven't figured out how to disable work space yet.
Hi, I am not talking about disabling app. Instead, disabling workspace that is opened automatically on startup of mobile application.
go to setting and under applications go to "my apps". You can click on the ... and manage roles. You should be able to hide the apps you dont want.

Ravi, that is interesting. Do You know is there way to hide/disable showing workspace on mobile application startup for all users or users have to do that by them self?
Is there some column in DB for this?

I don't think it is possible to customize the app as this is the internal functioning of the app. In fact, I have recently found that to use the Mobile app you need to have read access to activities.

I have the same issue, is this something that can be changed in Settings-Customizations-Customize the system-Client Extensions?
