Voucher number is not generating while posing product receipt and invoice

Dear All,

Hope everyone doing fine.

I am facing issue while posting product receipt and invoice then voucher number is showing empty when viewing the voucher transactions.

Image is below:

Anyone have any idea ??

    Hi,

    Can you please check in GL the subledger journal entry not yet transferred form.

    The posting might still 'hang' there and if you transfer it manually, the voucher should become visible.
