ReportBelow is a time line of events, leading up to an issue where the Direct Delivery PO was ship confirmed, but the sales order line it is connected to is still open, leaving the units in the direct delivery warehouse location:
A sales order was created, with multiple lines consisting of warehouse lines and a direct delivery line on 12/1/2016
A direct delivery purchase order was created on 12/7/2016 13:28, after being released from Hold status.
The DD PO was released within the DD bucket on 12/7/2016 16:05, changing from Approved status to Confirmed/Open status
A warehouse line was then canceled 12/7/2016 17:35 after the PO was released.
The DD PO was ship confirmed on 12/12/2016, changing the overall status from Open to Invoiced
When spot checking sales order on 12/19/2016, it was noticed that this Sales Order was still in Open status
The two units on the DD PO are now in a DD warehouse location.
1) How does this happen
2) How can we prevent this from happening in the future
3) How can fix this so that the DD sales order line changes from Open to Delivered (and then we will invoice the customer)
