One of our customers created tables in Extender, and there's two tables 'Form Detail' when users try to use it they receive the message 'A save operation on table PT_UD_Detail_Form_IDs' failed accessing SQL data.

I had a similar error. It was resolved by running the grant SQL statement for DYNGRP. You might work with your SQL DBA to see if this resolves the problem or consult with your MS Partner.
