How we can deliver one sales order to different address. For instance a sales order contains 10 quantity. 3 of them should be sent to address A and the remains should be sent to address B. what it your solution to handle this issue?

    It's already supported out of the box, if you don't have a really old version of AX. Check out About multiple delivery addresses for sales orders on Technet.

    You'll obviously have to create two lines with different addresses.

    Hi,

    Youbcan set a delivery address per sales line. So if you create multiple lines this is possible. Note that standard AX layouts of documents does not show the addresses per line.

    It would be best to create packing slips per delivery address

    Thank you for your response. Is it possible to split one line without defining multiple lines during recording Packing Slip and sent every packing slip to different addresses.

    I guess it can be done through shipment functionality Is there any idea?

    Sorry for misunderstanding. In fact we are not able to create multiple lines in sales order. Our business scenario stated below.

    Sales representative would create a sales order contains just one line. Then warehouse keeper who negotiate with customer, decide half of the order must be sent to address A and the remains must be sent to address B. In this situation, can warehouse-keeper split recorded sales order's line into two lines and then select related address for each lines?

    I was wondering if you could let me know about any other solutions that may handle this issue.

    You'll have to split order lines if you want to use the functionality included in AX. Otherwise you'll have to implement your own logic.

    I would rather make splitting easier (based on requirements of the warehouse keeper) than trying to build completely new functionality.
