Hi everyone,

I have the concern about the deleted PDO as below:

Is there any accounting impact of the deleted PDO? How to check the Accounting Posting (Production Posting) of the deleted PDO?

Hi Billiur,

I don't know the exact status of PDO right before deleting becausw it is a long time ago. However we had VIN registration for PDO. It means that the picking list was posted (material consumption) and PDO was reported as finished.

If the status is ended, that won't be an issue. I am not so sure if you may delete a PDO unless it is ended or created status.

Hi Billur,

Could you please clarify more details?

In case the ended PDO is deleted, all accounting vouchers still exist in the system? How to check which voucher has been posted and recorded in GL related to the deleted PDO?

For normal PDO, I usually check Production posting to see all related voucher. But for the deleted PDO, I cannot see it anywhere.

Yes. Inventory and GL transactions are not deleted.

Also double checked that you can not delete PDO in certain statuses.

For the deleted PDO, I checked the Production posting report but there is not any related transaction.

So this means that probably the PDO was deleted after created and there were not any posting.
