Online Store Transaction is failed on synchronization

Orders coming from call centers which have multiple payment method are all working good, but for tender type Id "17" it shows these error. All other payment methods are setup only in call center and all are working good. but for this payment method when we setup it in only call center it shows this error and when setup this payment method to online store also then it is working.

My question is why we need to setup it in online store too. when all other payment methods are working fine.

Is this any configuration issue?
