We are planning in moving GP2010 Version 11.00.2292(SP4) from SDL 2005 Express to SQL 2012 using SSIS Transfer Login Procedures. This procedure clears passwords. We will need to rest after transfer. Are there any problems that we my encounter during this upgrade?

    Follow below KB article from Microsoft this will provide you more detail about transferring GP from one SQL server to another server.
