Service Level Agreement

Hi,

I have a service level agreement defined for my opportunity entity which is applicable on created on and it is the default one.

I want to apply another SLA on the Est Close Date.

The problem is after creating it , how do I fire it up manually.

    Got it. I need to update the SLA parameter in the opportunity to manually fire another SLA
