Did anyone has integrated Anytime collect software do Business Central?
Here is an example of the issues when integrating:
I need to be able to
Pull Company Info - Done
Pull Customer Info - Done
Pull Contact Info - Not Done/Not Able to??
Pull Invoice Info - Can pull the data, however, there is no Balance Due information (in tran currency/home currency)
Pull Customer Payment Info - I do not get any errors, however, there is no data returned
Ultimately, I need to pull any and all data that relates to a Customer’s (A Dynamics BC Customer) AR Balance.
Is there anyone from Microsoft product team that could I connect with?
