I have case entity one of fields has looks up,when you open the lookup it is showing the two entities Account and contact.I want remove the contact just want to show the account default view.Can any one help with java script.

Rather than using Jscript to do so I would just create another lookup towards account and fill in the customer field via a plugin/workflow. (To keep the rollup functionalities available so you would still see all activities/case information on account.)
Because you will probably at one point enable the interactive service hub, add a portal etc etc. So it would be easier to just have a custom lookup and fill the original in the background.
