Error when email are sent thru CRM

One of my users received the following error (a lot of times) when she did a major blast through the CRM today. Many of the email addresses are valid, so it is not as if they are old or invalid. ERROR 0x80004005-0x0003eb-0x000501 The link below contains a screenshot C:\Users\Stacey\Pictures\Screenpresso\2014-04-02_14h24_58.png Any help would be appreciated!

    See if there is any anti virus installed on the machine or as add-in in outlook ?
