Customer name field required in collection letters

Hi,

I want to insert customer in collection letter as mentioned below screen-shot. But I could not find any filed. Please help to solve this issue or provide another solution.

Hi Noushad,

Have you selected default action ID. You can write collection letter using Word which will be easy and you can format the way you want. In order to do that please tick the Microsoft Word Document and save the file and open it and format the way you wanted.
