Is it possible to manage or change the sub windows inside Dynamics GP 2013?

What do you mean by sub windows? Are you referring to scrolling windows? Please give me an example of a sub window. Using modifier you should be able to change nearly any window.

The simple answer is yes. You can change (including but not limited to resizing) virtually any window, including scrolling windows with Modifier.
