Sales tax on sales order upload through DMF

I am uploading sales orders using DMF. The released products have the item sales tax group assigned, and the customers also have the sales tax group assigned.
Is it possible to generate the correct sales tax for the sales order by using the product code and the customer account logic, and leave the sales tax field empty in the template upload?

    the logic you mentioned, that works when you create sales order manually, by standard design it does not work by DMF, you can just do small customization here to mitigate this if must to have.
