POS Transaction ID on Suspended Transactions

Dear All,

On Retail POS, I wonder how the cashier can identify which transaction he suspended. The transaction id is not available in the POS Screen. If the cashier wants to recall the transaction, the transaction id is blank on the list of Suspended Transactions.

    Hi Lyka,

    This issue has been fixed in CU9.

    However you can use the particular hotfix for this issue.

    KB number - 3019287

    It is a binary hotfix.
