Web Roles associated with contacts in Dynamics 365 Portals

I am assigning web role to a contact, when he changes program(specific field). But I am not able to access view, where I could see contacts associated to different web roles. I need it to find out, if everything works properly.

Where could I find what web roles does contact have?

    Hi Jan,

On the contact entity, there is a separate form "Portal Contact". This form has a view/ subgrid which displays the web roles associated with the contact.

    Hope this helps.

    Hey Jan,

Seems your workflow is in the Activated state. that's why all the control is in read-only mode. Deactivate your workflow first in order to access the lookup view.

Can refer my below article to achive your requirement:

Mark this an answer, If it helps to solve your problem.
