Hi Everyone,
I have just done an upgrade. The outlook clients are unable to authenticate. I have followed all the troubleshooting steps using the configuration troubleshooting wizard thats on the CRM support site but my issue still cant be resolved. Below is an entry i found in the client config log file.
https://*ifd url*/XRMServiceus/2011/Organization.svc, Microsoft.Crm.CrmException: Authentication failed
- I can log onto the crm environment internally and externally with no errors
- I have used differ installers for the outlook client
- Ive looked for update rollups for CRM 2015 but it looks like none are available
