Sales order - Picking list is disabled?

Hii,

I have a sales order with one item. We Confirmed the sales order. The Picking list button is disabled.

I simulated the same scenario on our test server, and Picking list is enabled and working fine.

Here are more information about our sale order,

1. Item is Stocked Item
2. Order type is Sales Order in the header
3. AR parameter sales order type is Sales Order
4. There is no Picking list available. order line do Inventory -> Output order no picking list available

Any idea what else I am missing.

AX 2012 R2

Hi Rana Anees,

Several other points:

1. Are you checking under Sys Admin?

2. Check whether "Do not process" and "Hold" set to yes (if so, check Order holds from)

3. Try to reset Usage data

1. Yes I am checking this SO as AX Admin. But this SO was created by our sales coordinator and faced this issue.

2. Where is this "Do not process" and "Hold" options?

3. Did rest Usage Data ... sames results, still disabled.

You might not have these fields since it was added in R3 if I am not mistaken.

4. Does your warehouse has "Use warehouse management process" flag to yes?

5. Do you have inventory transaction for this line?

6. Do you have On order value in the Line quantity form?

6. Do you have On order value in the Line quantity form? -- Where I can see this?

4. Inventory management > Setup > Inventory breakdown > Warehouses (where Warehouse is equal to warehouse on sales order)

6. Sales order form > General tab on the Action pane > Line quantity button in the Related information section

Hii Galyna Fedorova,

I think that option is available in R3.

Please see the options available in R2.
