Hi,

I hope someone can help me. I am looking for the documentation for dynamics CRM sure step. I have looked everywhere and seem to be unable to download it and have hit 2 or 3 dead download pages. Does anyone know if 1 it is still relevant and 2 if anyone knows where I can download it. Any help or documents would be greatly appreciated.

For some reason my 365 account was not being associated but I have got in now.

Hello Pat S;

Sure Step is available to people who have Customer Source or Partner Source I believe. There is the online version of SureStep that is to be used now; I don't believe you can download the software offline anymore.

Download all document here, focus on Implementation tool, all document are written base on sure step. There are many templates for implementation.
