Archiving / Hiding Inactive Customers

Hi

Does anyone know how to hide or archive inactive customer records?

We have a lot of customers that are now inactive due to various reasons.  We do not need these customers to appear in our every day reports / activity, however we may need to retrieve all their records for legal and audit purposes.

Hi, as far as I know, this requires customization, but you need too many pages and reports, so customization is not recommended.
It is recommended that you change the inactive customer Blocked to All, and then add this filter in the Security Filter in the permission set, so that ordinary users cannot see the blocked customers.

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.
