Hello Guys ,

I'm trying to install Dynamics 365 version 9 on windows server 2016 , all service accounts checks are ok before setup begins , however during setup I received the below error:

the service account is valid and can logged in to App Pool and other programs

I do not know what is the problem for this

Log file :

rror| HResult=80004005 Install exception.System.Exception: Action Microsoft.Crm.Setup.Server.RegisterUnzipServiceAction failed. ---> System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: The account name is invalid or does not exist, or the password is invalid for the account name specified

Were you able to resolve this issue? I'm having the same problem installing CRM 2016.
