    Hello JMartin :),

well, you can recover it as long as you have in under Archived Purchase Orders, otherwise I'm afraid you can't.

    Let me show you how:

    a) If you have activated in Purchase & Payables Setup the "Archive Orders" parameter:

or if you archived it before deleting it with the option "Archive Document":

    b) You can design the Purchase Order page, to add the "No." field, which is not visible now:

    c) You create a Purchase Order, for example as this one: 106025

    pastedimage1600867804610v4.png

    d) You delete it

    e) As we had in the setup that we wanted to Archive Orders, it's there under Purchase Order Archives:

    f) Then go to the No. Series, and activate for the P-ORD one, the manual adding of numbers as follows:

    pastedimage1600867977292v9.png

    g) Create a new Purchase Order, and set EXACTLY the same No. as in your deleted PO. In this example: 106025

    pastedimage1600868024790v10.png

    h) From the ribbon, select COPY DOCUMENT functionality and select the values as follows:

    pastedimage1600868093772v11.png

    Document Type: Arch. Order

    Document No.: 106025

    Include Header: YES

    Recalculate Lines: No

    Click OK

    i) Then you get back your Purchase Order:

I hope it helps, and I hope you had activated the option to have it under Purchase Order Archives ;).
