Inquiry header not active

After updating from GP version 10 to 2010 the headers in inquiry windows are no longer "active" i.e. I can't click on them to sort.  I remember quite some time ago this happened and I cannot remember (or find any information on) how to make these headers active so I can just click on them to sort by that field.

Thank you so much for any help.

Take a look at the security settings for Smartlist.  Tools->Setup->System->Alternate Forms And Report and select the product Smarlist. Check the settings there and make sure you are using the Smartlsit versions.
