D365 FO on premise Report viewer issue

Hello, 

we are using update 30 (7.0.5407.35455) on premise. When i try to view a report on screen and then try to download i get 3 scenarios

1) In Chrome browser, i get

2) In Internet explorer, i cannot save as pdf

3) In edge browser, i can only save as text

but when the destination is .pdf file, i get the below error

is this update does not allow to save as pdf?

these is for custom and standard report.

is there any solution for this?

    Does this case happen to all standard reports?

    Hi Naveen,

    Did you try to Export the report as PDF or did you use the right click option and then Save as...? The report viewer itself looks different compared to cloud environments.

    had raised the case with Microsoft, they accepted the issue and are investigating

    Hello, 

    Microsoft will include the solution in PU32 which will be released in the future.
