Change CRM online Trial license to Office 365 CRM Addon License

Hi

With a new Customer I registered a CRM online Trial Version. We did customization and imported data.

The Client purcased the CRM Addon since they use Office 365.

After buying it the Trial Version expired. I checked for the Client why it expired, even they have bought the license.

I realized that they use Office 365 Business and the CRM Addon License is only available for Office 365 Premium.

We Changed the license from Office 365 Business to Office 365 Business Premium.

This is my question: How can I transfer the CRM Trial license (that we got exteded) to the Office 365 CRM Addon license?

This issue has been solved by calling Microsoft support.

For all who might be facing the same issue: The CRM addon license will be automatically replace the CRM test license when it is expired. Then it will be visible in the profiles for assignment. Also it is visible in Office365 Invoice/Licesnses at this time. Before only the test version is visible. That is correct and one does not have to be concerned :-)
