We have now successfully integrated Twilio Flex into Dynamics 365 for a client which supports;
+ Single sign-on of Flex with Dynamics using Azure AD
+ The Twilio Flex user interface embedded into the Dynamics unified application screens
+ 100% WebRTC call delivery, no need for softphone installations on agents workstation.
+ Screen pop of contacts and search for inbound calls, chats etc..
+ Click to dial from Dynamics applications screens.
+ A framework for outbound preview dialing of dynamics contacts using Twilio Task Router
+ Native integration requires no third party products, solutions, or licenses.
