I want to create a form in ax 2012. and I want create some users .. When that user login in ax that form will show his name and currency details. As the user select the currency that will show in that form.. As a lookup will need and a ok button for saving the selected currencies.

i am not sure what is the purpose of this request but
you can make a new form from AOT by selecting new form from template, you can select Dialog as template, as you want
current user can be get from curuserId() method
currency table will be used for currencies.
I have to show the user name and the currency details in that form.As soon as the user login in the AOT environment. when he opens the form it should show his name and the currency details. If the user select any currency then it will show directly in the form.
Hi Soumya, Can you expand on what you want the form to do? Your description is a bit vague.
