Access denied error when searching for Accounts in global search

Hello people, I get the following error when searching for a specific account name in the Global Search. Any idea, what to look for?

    Hi, I've seen the same thing with one user. Errors were gone after cleaning the browser cache.

    We engaged the Application Team and you need to open a case support with Dynamics CRM team in order to investigate the issue.

    Two users have experienced this, as for now only works for systemadmin. any idea?

    Since when does it happen?

    Are there more users with the same problem?
    Can you give an example of a user that works?
