1099 Error message: undefined Symbol 'F00188D09212Workflow Ste'

I'm trying to print 1099-Misc in GP 2018 and the following message appeared when selecting the "Print Forms" tab. 

"Undefined Symbol 'F00188D09212Workflow Ste'"

Any ideas how to correct the error?

    Looks like a corrupt report. Go to Tools->Customize->Report Writer and delete and then insert this report. The report was probably modified to get text to appear in the correct spot on the form.

    Thank you!  Your suggestion worked!  I can now print the 1099's.
